Skiing area : Champsaur village resort
The territory of
Champsaur is situated between an altitude of 1260 m and 2100 m and counts five ski villages in the middle of a bountiful nature. Here skiing is more intimate and the villages are best explored on foot or snowshoeing.
Ancelle (1340 -1800 m) is situated on a plateau and is ideal for family skiing holidays. There are 15 ski runs.
Chaillol (1450 – 2000 m) hangs like a balcony over the slopes of the Vieux Chaillol and has 13 ski runs with an exceptional panorama view overlooking the valley.
Laye (1300 - 1950m) is one of the smallest resorts in Champsaur. It is an ideal place for beginners ; the 8 ski runs are made so that one can gently progress.
In
Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes (1260 -1950 m) the 16 ski runs meander through a beautiful larch forest. The village is oriented towards its heritage sites, the castle and the ecomuseum.
The 8 ski runs in Serre-Eyraud (450 -2100 m) are much appreciated by both fans of authentic skiing and downhill skiers.
