In a large recently renovated house overlooking the valley with an unobstructed view of the mountains and Lake Serre-Ponçon, gîte on the ground floor, with independent entrance and private furnished and equipped outdoor space. The accommodation is located on the edge of the Ecrins National Park and a few kilometers from Lac de Serre-Ponçon, in a peaceful hamlet. The cottage is set up as a studio with sleeping area (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), dining area, convertible sofa that can accommodate an additional person, well-equipped kitchen area. Direct access to the private land allows you to enjoy the sunshine and the landscape. TV, WiFi connection ... Shower room open to the sleeping area (enclosed shower). Independent WC. Electric heating. Located on the ground floor of the owner's house, the accommodation has completely independent access to the east side of the house. The private land allows you to enjoy the landscape and nature, it is fully equipped.
