On the ground floor: bright living room with dining area, fitted kitchen, relaxation area, a double bedroom (with 160*200cm bed), shower room and independent and private WC. Upstairs: two double bedrooms (160*200cm beds), one of which has a south-facing balcony, as well as a shower room/WC.
