The south-facing gîte "Le Mandaty" is located on the ground floor of an old farmhouse tastefully renovated and including the owners' accommodation upstairs and has a separate entrance. This comfortable accommodation, with exposed vaults, consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, relaxation area; a double room ; three steps provide access to the bathroom and to the WC. Private and shaded outdoor space at the back of the gîte. Heating via pellet boiler and pellet stove in the living room. Private sheltered parking with a parking space in front of the gîte. Final access by motorized forest track for about 500m. The view of the surrounding mountains and forests will allow you to enjoy the beautiful landscapes throughout the seasons.
