- ACCESS TO SERRE-CHEVALIER SKI AREASerre-Chevalier is one of the largest ski areas in Europe. Sun, clean air and energy describe this welcoming area of more than 250 km of pistes. Guisane valley faces south and you will find the pleasures of traditional villages and the art of living . The resort, from 1200-2800 m altitude, has 77 ski lifts, 111 pistes covering 250 km. The ski school offers courses on all levels. There is a slalom stadium, a snow park and some illuminated pistes. For Nordic ski fans there is 40 km of marked cross-country trails. The area also offers excellent possibilities for ski touring and snowshoeing. In addition: ice climbing, discotheque, ice rink, swimming pool, sauna, hang-gliding, parasailing. Thermal baths. Ice racing.
- ACCESS TO CERVIERES CROSS-COUNTRY AREAThe Cervières Nordic ski site is an unspoilt area dedicated to cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. It is situated 10 km from Briançon-Serre Chevalier at the gateway to Queyras at the foot of Izoard,Pass. Thanks to its altitude the quality of the snow is excellent. The ski area has well-maintained, marked itineraries - for all types of Nordic skiing. You can choose from two outstanding cross-country skiing areas: Izoard Pass, a magnificent natural area near the ascent of the pass (44,5 km of pistes and marked itineraries), and the Haute Vallée de Cervières, a valley with mountain pastures protected as unique architectural and natural heritage site. The valley, at an altitude of 1620-2400 m, is 10 km long and has 44 km of excellent pistes and marked itineraries. There is downhill skiing at Briançon, Serre Chevalier ski resort (1200 -2800 m altitude: 77 ski lifts, 111 pistes for a total of 250 km.
