The house includes the owner's house and a gite located on the ground floor with access by stairs, with a large terrace and private land of 200 m² offering great independence. Entrance into a spacious living room with large bay windows overlooking the pleasantly landscaped grounds facing south-west. The kitchen is open to the dining area and a comfortable relaxation area. TV, wifi internet connection. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, freezer… The gîte has 2 bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with 2 single 90 cm beds. The capacity can be supplemented (possibility of 2 additional people) by two single bunk beds located in an assembly area. The bathroom and spacious, the toilet is independent. A private washing machine is available. Solar-oil heating is included in the rental price. Possibility of equipment room on request. The outdoor area has garden equipment. Private car park.
