Description

In the heart of the old town of Gap, gîte on second floor in a lively pedestrian street near the well-known square Jean Marcellin. Apartment on two floors in old town house hidden between a small café and a bakery, number 39. The house is protected from the hustle and bustle of the town by its friendly and warm ambiance. The space is planned around an amazing light shaft which illuminates the sitting area. Large entrance hall. Kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer). Dining room. One bedroom at the back of the house (1 double bed). Bathroom, toilet. Upstairs a large reception room, TV, DVD player, game console and a large mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed -160cm), 1 bedroom (2 single bunk beds), shower room, toilet, laundry with washing machine. Electric heating, air conditioning. Free public car park at 300 m.

Plein cœur de ville dans une rue piétonne, idéal quand on est à pieds. A deux pas de la place Marcelin. Très bien équipé et confortable, propriétaire très sympathique.
