Skiing area: SuperDévoluy – La Joue du Loup
The ski resorts of SuperDévoluy and La Joue du Loup are linked and have a total of 100 km of ski runs. There are modern ski lifts and the two resorts are characterized by their nice ambiance.
Where SuperDévoluy is characterized by its “Club spirit”, La Joue du Loup prefers conviviality with beautiful wooden chalets. The resorts celebrated repectively their 50th and 40th anniversaries in 2016.
SuperDévoluy was built in 1966 and is situated in the middle of the mountains, with a relaxed ambiance, ideal for families. It recently opened a fantastic Sports Centre with exercise rooms, halls for team sports, a climbing wall and squash courts. La Joue du Loup, built nine years later in 1976, is one of the youngest ski resorts in France and probably one of the most beautiful with its many mountain chalets and small apparment buildings around the main Place des Boutiques.
