The cottage located on one of the municipalities of the Ecrins National Park is the ideal place to discover the fauna and the exceptional flora and for the practice of many outdoor activities. For the design of the House, it has been used ecological materials (wood, straw, tissue...) and devices to ensure excellent thermal comfort (heating by wood stove granulated, triple glazing, VMC double-flow...). - SWEET BABYGoing on holiday with one or more children is not always easy. That's why we have created the 'loving baby' stay. GITE RANDO (HIKERS)The accommodation is situated near one or more marked hiking trails (PR, GR). The owner provides topographical maps (IGN) and guidebooks. He will be able to advise his guests on the itineraries and can provide a packed lunch (if you take your dinners with him).

For heating the cottage uses a wood pellet stove and domestic hot water is produced essentially not a solar installation. The materials for construction and insulation are all of natural origin. Serre-Ponçon Lake at the confluence of Durance and Ubaye rivers, at 3000 ha, is the largest artificial lake in Europe, Embrun, le Sautet, and the many rivers and torrents: Durance, Clarée, Buëch, Guisane, Drac, Blanchem Méouge, Blaisance and Avance.

- ACCESS TO LAYE, ANCELLE AND CHAILLOL AREASFrom your lodgings, in just a few minutes you can access the 3 ski resorts of Chamsauer. Ancelle, at an altitude of 1350 m, has 14 lifts and 15 pistes with a total of 26 km. Due to its exceptional location, Ancelle has several Nordic activities to offer. It has 4 circuits of 3,5 to 10 km. Dominating the wooded mountain meadows, unique in Europe, St-Michel-de-Chaillol is a mountain village and ski resort with plentiful sun and snow. The ski area is situated on two slopes and goes up to 2000 m altitude. It has 10 ski-lifts, 11 pistes and 31 km of cross-country skiing tracks. Snuggled at the foot of Pic de Gleize and de l'Aiguille, the smallest of the Champsaur resorts is not to be outdone. It is a very friendly and cosy little village at 1300 m altitude and has 7,5 km downhill ski slopes, 10 pistes and 6 button tows. All 3 stations are equipped with snow guns in order to ensure sufficient snow throughout the winter.
