Marc and Alexandre are happy to welcome you in a beautiful setting at the gateway to the Ecrins National Park, on the heights of Chorges, in their typical chalet which will invite you to calm with its terrace, its garden where the waterfall and the pool will refresh you the summer days. The chalet \ "the elves of the mountains \" is located 10 minutes from Lake Serre Ponçon and 15 minutes from the city of Embrun, episcopal city with its cathedral and many monuments. For mountain and srt lovers, you can practice water activities such as sailing, paddle, and activities related to mountain sports such as climbing, mountaineering, skiing. The room has its own entrance through the terrace. It is composed of a living room with shower-room wc and mezzanine under the roof sleeping space (1 bed 2 persons) which is accessed by a small staircase. Its atypical decoration, mixing contemporary works and mountain details will charm you all.

ACCESS TO REALLON SKI AREA
The small resort of Réallon overlooks Serre-Ponçon Lake, at the gateway of Les Ecrins National Park. Reallon is a small modern mountain village with a welcoming atmosphere in an unspoilt setting. Its situation guarantees good snow quality. From the Aiguilles de Chabrières the ski area has artificial snow equipment so that you can ski all the way back to the resort. In Réallon all the pleasures of winter sports await you. Go snowshoeing on the crests overlooking Serre-Ponçon. Explore the Aiguilles de Chabrières on a ski tour. Réallon has 8 ski lifts covering 30 km of downhill skiing. The cross-country area has 25 km of pistes. There is a snow park, ski touring and snowshoeing.

Local activities: In this exceptional setting the elements have done their best to foster all forms of outdoor activities: from water sports to gliding, and from hiking to mountain biking. St-Etienne-le-Laus is a place of pilgrimage just a few km from Chorges.
Places to visit: There are beautiful landscapes, the fauna, the flora of the Ecrins National Park, villages to explore, etc. Magnificent view on Serre-Ponçon Lake, the Durance orchards and vineyards, the rock formation "Demoiselles Coiffées". Peaks rise to almost 3000 m, ideal for hikers.

Places to visit: Visit the Museoscope of Serre-Ponçon, the lake, Chanteloube Bay, the rock formation "Demoiselles Coiffées", Boscodon abbey, le Grand Morgon, Embrun and its cathedral, the square tower, the cliffs overlooking the Durance and the old town centre.
SERRE-PONÇON LAKE

Local activities: The Serre-Ponçon Lake is an artificial lake created by a dam on the Durance. It is the second largest artificial lake in Europe. Sports availble: water-skiing, sky-surfing, boating and other water sports. Or take advantage of the beaches.
Places to visit: Muséoscope du Lac: find out about the history of the construction of the Grand Morgon dam (2327 m). Numerous trails with panoramic view on the lake, the 12th century Boscodon Abby situated near Les Crots, and Embrun historic centre.
