Le Petit Chariot offers its guest rooms in a rural setting, located 4 km from the Tallard airport, famous for its skydiving center and its blue sky but also its village and its castle. It is in a family spirit that you will be welcomed in two guest rooms, one of them has independent access opening onto a terrace, the second is a family room that can accommodate up to four people. Each one is equipped with a separate bathroom and toilet. Breakfast will be served on the terrace or in the large vaulted room. It is also an agricultural structure where we breed “French saddle” ponies and board for retired horses. Horses can be accommodated in a box or paddock and it is an ideal start for hiking around the Ceüze massif and further afield. 10% reduction from 5 consecutive nights.

No need to bring all baby's things and overload your car, your hosts will provide the necessary equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat, etc. The owners will advise you on family activities and outings accessible with a push chair. In some cases they can even arrange babysitters so that you can spend an evening alone together.

The marked itineraries for both mountain bikers and touring cyclists make it a pleasure accessible to everyone. Your hosts make your stay even easier by providing a storage room for your equipment, a repair kit and information.
GITE RANDO (HIKERS)The accommodation is situated near one or more marked hiking trails (PR, GR). The owner provides topographical maps (IGN) and guidebooks. He will be able to advise his guests on the itineraries and can provide a packed lunch (if you take your dinners with him).- GITE AND HORSERIDINGThe owner welcomes you and your horse in this gîte. Close by: stalls or shelter, food and water. In some cases the owner will be happy to suggest equestrian activities.
- GITE AT THE WATERFRONTThere is no shortage of water in the Alpes du Sud with its numerous dams favourable for swimming, boating and fishing. Serre-Ponçon Lake at the confluence of Durance and Ubaye rivers, at 3000 ha, is the largest artificial lake in Europe, Embrun, le Sautet, and the many rivers and torrents: Durance, Clarée, Buëch, Guisane, Drac, Blanchem Méouge, Blaisance and Avance.

Maps and tourist information are available in the accommodation and facilitate the Organization of circuits of discovery on a motorcycle from the cottage.
