Unusual alpine chalet in the upper valley of the Clarée, commune of Névache. This magnificent isolated chalet, was built in 1974, perched at an altitude of 2100m, it is near the Ricou refuge. Covering an area of 130m², it offers an exceptional 360° panorama. The chalet is a haven of peace, full of purity and wild nature. Large covered terrace forming the entrance to the chalet; large living room with at your disposal a library, kitchen area, bathroom WC. 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 140 cm beds and 2 90 cm beds). Heating with wood stove (wood available). Outdoor BBQ. The chalet is entirely solar electrified, allowing the connection of electrical appliances with a power of less than 1200 wat. A sports area on the terrace upstairs. A small bowling green, a small oratory. You will be expected on your arrival at the foot of the access road to the chalet located about 30 minutes on foot with children. A 4/4 vehicle will transport you with all your belongings to the chalet. You will be informed of the operation of the chalet. You will be picked up at the end of your stay and brought back to your vehicle parked in the valley. You will need to provide your sheets and pillowcases, blankets are provided.

You can admire the majestic Griffon vultures in Rosans region where they have been successfully reintroduced. In the mountains you can observe grouse, hazel grouse, the golden eagle, the snake eagle and bearded vulture… Your host will be happy to advise you on observation sites and will tell you all about the species that you can see around the gîte.
